BBC One announcer goes AWOL and news titles fail to run

There was a less than slick start to the early evening news on BBC One this evening.

Problems were evident prior to the bulletin when the preceding ident went out minus the voice of the announcer. BBC One playout then cut to Studio E for the BBC News, where the programme titles failed to start.

The cause of the issues is not known.
