BBC News at One titles error for second consecutive day

It’s happened again. The BBC News at One has suffered a problem with its opening titles for the second time in as many days.

This time, the regions joined presenter Simon McCoy at the catwalk. Unlike yesterday, there was no evidence of the title sequence at all today.

The initial graphic shown on the screens alongside Simon also appeared stretched.
