Laura Kuenssberg’s new Sunday morning political programme launches

Posted on 4th September 2022 by The Clean Feed Team
Last updated on 5th September 2022 Filed under News

The first edition of Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg aired this morning at 9am on BBC One.

The programme is based in Studio B at BBC New Broadcasting House in London. It utilises the same set as BBC One’s BBC News at Six and BBC News at Ten.

The studio’s large video walls allow the programme to transform the set, displaying its distinctive new branding, featuring landmarks associated with London/Westminster and other parts of the UK. The style feels like a nod to newspaper political cartoonists.

The set’s colour scheme is predominantly blue, with red and yellow elements.

The theme tune was written and performed by David Lowe.
