BBC Reporting Scotland presentation update

Posted on 28th October 2019 by The Clean Feed Team Last updated on 22nd March 2021 Filed under News

A minor presentation refresh this evening for BBC Reporting Scotland, coinciding with the debut of Laura Miller as one of the programme’s new anchors.

The 39-year-old presenter replaces Jackie Bird, who stepped down earlier in the year, having fronted the programme for more than three decades.

The refresh includes a new title sequence – more closely aligned with the national titles – and new music. The live views of the Glasgow riverside behind the presenter seem to have been replaced by pre-recorded shots, with some post=production enhancements.
