New look BBC Midlands Today launches

BBC Midlands Today unveiled its new look studio this evening.

The programme has been based in a temporary set-up (converted office space) since late-October, to allow for construction and testing of the new set.

The new set is modelled on Studio B at New Broadcasting House in London and follows the same template as that implemented last month by BBC East Midlands Today in Nottingham.
