In spite of a brand update of all ITV broadcast channels going live tomorrow morning, ITV stuck to its weekly rotation of ITV Creates idents in the Monday 1.30pm junction.

The day after Guru-Murthy’s off-air remarks, Channel 4 issued the following statement:
“Channel 4 has a strict code of conduct for all its employees, including its programming teams and on-air presenters, and takes any breaches seriously. Following an off-air incident Channel 4 News anchor Krishnan Guru-Murthy has been taken off air for a week.”

Politics London returned to Studio D this morning, having decamped to Studio A a few months back.

However, the old BBC blocks were still present in the programme’s opening titles.
