BBC One/BBC News Channel handover: two for the price of one

Typical – just like buses, you wait a long time for a well-executed BBC One/BBC News Channel handover and two come along at once.

Regular readers will know that we we’re not big fans of the way BBC One typically crashes into the News Channel at the end of its programme schedule.

So, when we see a nicely timed handover, we like to acknowledge it. And we had two in one night: one on BBC One Northern Ireland and the other courtesy of BBC One Wales.

Slightly different executions in each case, but equally pleasing.
