BBC One Wales crashes into BBC Wales Today

BBC One Wales failed to opt out in time for the 10.35pm edition of BBC Wales Today.

Welsh viewers saw the first few minutes of BBC London before crashing into BBC Wales Today.

Both the Wales Today presenter and BBC One Wales announcer apologised for the fault.
