Channel 5 just keeps on rolling out the special idents. This time it’s the turn of the short documentary series, The 1980s Supermarket.

The three-part series explores the 1980s supermarket wars in Britain, depicting the intense rivalry among retailers to grow, cater to consumer preferences, and revolutionise shopping experiences and food culture through pioneering strategies.

The ident features a very 1980s design, with pink 5 logo and VHS effects.
