RTÉ promotes Women’s World Cup with special idents

RTÉ One and RTÉ 2 are airing special idents for the Women’s World Cup.

The RTÉ One ident cuts between slow-motion footage of young female football players and players from the Irish women’s team.

The RTÉ 2 ident features similar imagery as well as lots of additional rapid cuts of footage of the Irish team in action, as well as clips of the World Cup venues.

Coverage of the tournament kicks off tomorrow morning on RTÉ 2.
