Channel 4 has unveiled a new ident for its Formula 1 coverage.
The ident appears to have debuted on Saturday evening and makes use of the channel’s new branding toolset – though oddly, the new green ‘4’ is absent.
Formula 1 is suggested in terms of audio and minimalist imagery: we hear the roar of F1 cars repeatedly whizzing by, visually represented by a series of rapidly moving white horizontal lines.
