BBC News branding inconsistencies on Twitter

BBC News officially adopted the new BBC masterbrand logo on air in April. As ever, with the rollout of the new BBC blocks, News has been no exception when it comes to gaps and inconsistency.

This article is focusing on the branding of various regional, national and international BBC News accounts on Twitter.

Nations and regions

The vast majority of nations and regions adopted the new branding around the time of the on air launch. However, as can be seen from the snapshot below, taken on 23rd July, there are a handful of accounts still displaying the old Gill Sans branding.
