BBC Sport launches new graphics package at Wimbledon

Posted on 27th June 2022 by The Clean Feed Team

BBC Sport has launched a new on air graphics package. The graphics debuted a short time ago on BBC Two, at the start of this year’s Wimbledon coverage.

The graphics update was revealed by Clean Feed earlier this month.

The new BBC masterbrand logo has now been incorporated into BBC Sport’s TV graphics for the first time.

The familiar white and yellow colour scheme has been retained – albeit we have some Wimbledon green and purple in the mix too on this occasion. As with other graphic templates associated with the Chameleon masterbrand project, we see the use of colour gradients.

It’s worth noting that in-match Wimbledon graphics are specific to the tournament and are not part of the new standard BBC Sport package. Your best chance of catching the BBC Sport-specific templates is during studio-based discussion/analysis.
