A new trail for the ITV Hub aired for the first time today on ITV.

The trail sees still images of stars from some of ITV’s biggest shows in various medieval/fantasy settings.

Amongst the imagery in the trail we see Trigger Point actress Vicky McClure mounted on a huge fire-breathing flying dragon. Stars from Love Island are seen on horseback as if going into battle – albeit in their bikinis.

Programmes featured in the trail:

  • Love Island.
  • Trigger Point.
  • Our House.
  • The Ipcress File.
  • Britain’s Got Talent.
  • Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip.
  • The Masked Singer.
  • Olivia Meets Her Match.

The promo also calls out ITV Sport.

The closing seconds may arouse memories of the iconic branding of a certain regional ITV company in the 1970s/1980s.
