ITV has produced a special retro ident for its new drama series, The Ipcress File.

Set during the Cold War, the series is based on the novel of the same name by Len Deighton.

The special ident – which debuted tonight just prior to the first episode of The Ipcress File – bears a passing resemblance to one of LWT’s 1960s idents.
