BBC South Today presenter Jon Cuthill’s mic was live for a couple of minutes prior to going on air, shortly after 10.30pm.

8.45pm Subtle Traitors tease in tonight’s Strictly Come Dancing
The Traitors returns to BBC One soon. Did you spot the mysterious cloaked person on Strictly earlier?
8.50pm No junction between Strictly and Survivor
It doesn’t happen very often on BBC One but tonight, the new series of Survivor started immediately after Strictly, with no trails/continuity announcements in between.
Obviously very keen to hang on to as many Strictly viewers as possible.
Sunday 29th October
2.30pm Channel 5 announcer acknowledges Matthew Perry death
A nice touch by Channel 5 and announcer David Wartnaby this morning for the links into the Friends repeats, which featured a warm verbal tribute to actor Matthew Perry, whose death was announced in the early hours of this morning.
